I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition, where the key to success is finding a healthy eating pattern that you can maintain for life. This sustainable approach incorporates your personal food preferences with healthy eating habits in order to reach your goals and promote well-being.
What exactly does that mean?
It means no foods are totally off-limits.
It means the focus is on what nutrient-dense foods you can ADD, instead of removing foods.
It means working with you to find meal and snack ideas that you enjoy and can see yourself eating indefinitely.
It means finding the balance to eat all the things you want to be able to eat starting RIGHT NOW, while also reaching your goals, whatever they may be.
We also discuss the Five Foundations of Balanced Health: sleep, nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and mental mindset.
Includes:
· Initial consultation to discuss goals, current eating habits, and create a plan of action
· Daily accountability with weekly virtual check-ins
· Monthly follow-up visits to assess progress and make any adjustments
· Use of the 'Healthie' app for scheduling, sending messages, and program accountability
*Nutrition Coaching can be done in-person or virtually via video conference*
Our bodies were made to move, and movement is therefore important for everyone, whether they're 8 or 80 years-old. Whether your goal is to improve strength, flexibility, balance, or cardiovascular fitness, I will incorporate your personal movement preferences to design an exercise plan to help you reach those goals.
If you have any history of injury, a physical therapist is the perfect person to help you prevent re-injury as you work towards your fitness goals.

Lower Extremity Injuries

Ergonomic assessment: With so many people working from home these days, it's more important than ever to have the right office set-up in order to prevent injury and reduce aches and pains.
Bike Fitting: Bike fit assessment to ensure optimal knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and wrist alignment to achieve maximum power output.
I use a service called Healthie for scheduling, sending messages, and program accountability.
It is available via app (iOS/Android) or the web.
